Delivery Policy

Digital delivery only

All atlascopywriting services are delivered as digital files. No physical products are produced or shipped at any point in the process.

Delivery timelines

• Foundation plan: 7 business days from receipt of completed brief
• Core plan: 5 business days from receipt of completed brief
• Complete plan: Agreed individually at project start, typically 10-14 business days
• Rush delivery add-on (3 days): 3 business days from completed brief, subject to scheduling availability

Project start

Work begins within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment. The brief intake form is sent within 24 hours. Delivery timelines are counted from receipt of the completed form, not from payment.

Delivery formats

All copy is delivered by default via Google Docs with commenting enabled. Word (.docx), plain text (.txt), and PDF formats are available on request at no extra charge.

Late briefs

If a completed brief form is not returned within 30 days of being sent, the project may need to be rescheduled due to workload changes. We will notify you if this becomes necessary.
