Our approach to refunds

Copywriting is a custom digital service. Refund eligibility depends on the project stage at the time of the request.

Before work begins

If you cancel before we acknowledge your completed brief form, you receive a full refund within 5 business days. No conditions attached.

After brief acknowledgement and before first draft

If research has started but no draft has been delivered, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion. The amount reflects work completed to date. We will communicate this clearly.

After first draft delivery

Once a first draft has been delivered, no refunds are available. The revision process exists to resolve quality concerns. We are committed to working through revisions until the deliverable meets the agreed brief.

Rush delivery add-on

The rush delivery fee is non-refundable once expedited work has begun, as resource allocation cannot be reversed.

How to make a request

Email hello@atlascopywriting.com with your order reference and a brief explanation. We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and resolve within 10 business days.
