How long does a project take?
Foundation plan: 7 business days. Core and Complete plans: 5 business days. Times start from receipt of a completed brief, not from payment date. Rush delivery is available as a paid add-on.
Do you write in Spanish?
Yes, both English and Spanish at native level. We do not translate between the two: each project is written from scratch in the language it will be delivered in. Most of our clients work in one language only; some need both.
What does a revision round include?
One consolidated batch of feedback addressed in a single pass. We do not iterate on live Google Docs with running comments. Clear feedback goes in, a clean revised version comes out. Additional revision rounds are available to purchase before the project begins.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, at no extra cost. We recommend one for any project involving pre-launch products, pricing strategy, or unreleased research. Send us yours or use our standard template.
Can you work with an existing brand voice?
Yes. We ask for your brand guidelines, any existing copy you like, and three examples of writing that sounds like your brand should sound. That gives us enough to calibrate to. If no guidelines exist, the voice brief add-on creates them as part of the project.
What happens after I pay?
Payment confirmation from Stripe arrives immediately. Within 24 hours, we send the project brief form. Once we receive the completed form, we confirm your delivery date and begin research the next business day.
Do you offer retainer arrangements?
For clients with regular ongoing volume, yes. Retainers are scoped individually and priced per month. Minimum three-month commitment. Get in touch to discuss.
Which industries do you write for?
Technology, professional services, real estate, consumer goods, food, finance, and healthcare are our most common categories. We research every sector from scratch rather than relying on previous projects.
Are prices negotiable?
The published prices are our base rates and reflect the scope of work accurately. Volume discounts apply to retainer arrangements. Project prices are fixed at the quote stage and do not change during delivery.
